Originally from Otavalo, Ecuador, Diana moved to the United States to study at the Culinary Institute of America. She honed her craft at some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Gabriel Kreuther, Per Se, and The French Laundry. Today, as a private chef, Diana creates personalized, approachable dining experiences that highlight seasonal ingredients—perfect for intimate dinners, curated tastings, and unforgettable culinary moments.
